DAY USE RATE AND INCLUSIONS:

800/pax (subject to availability, require advance booking)

with lunch inclusions.

Check in time 9am, Checkout time 5pm the same day

ACCOMMODATION:

(No tent accommodation)

- stay in earth kitchen (communal)

- kupkop lounge area (communal)

ADDITIONAL RATE (max. 12 pax only per stay/day)

* 3 Years old & below (which can share towels, is Free of Charge,  may just order additional food and drinks)

Shared Toilet and Bath:

* Hot&Cold Showers = 3

* Toilets = 3

* Cold Showers = 3

THE FARM EXPERIENCE

- Use of the place shared with other nature lovers

- Parking area outside the gate up to 4 slots only. The rest will be street parking

- Fresh coco water welcome refreshments upon your arrival or at your preferred time

- CHILL & BONDING TIME: chill & movie time at the kupkop (shared)

- LINAW UNO & DOS: cool down in the spring-fed pool or shower under the tree canopies

- PATAG: Playing outdoors or just simply walking barefoot for grounding

- FARM PETS: Feed Rabbits and turtles and chickens

- BAKTASANAN: a forest trail for nature walks

- FARM EXPLORATION: Self-guided exploration, just follow the signs along the trails

CAN GUESTS COOK:  Guests can also bring and cook additional food aside from meal inclusion. We have basic kitchen utensils, basic condiments (salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, oil), dinner wares, glass wares, cutleries.

SERVICE WATER: Filtered spring water for drinking. There's no bottled water for sale.

ICE: ice is for sale at 5.00 per small ice bag subject to availability. 

REFRIGERATOR: There's a 3 cubic mini fridge at the Main Hut kitchen

GRILL AREA: There's a designated grilling area, you can bring your own charcoal or purchase from the staff.

INTERNET CONNECTION & NETWORK SIGNAL: There's Starlink internet (often dependent on weather condition). Globe network is better at the location, although at certain open spots only.

PRENUPS / PHOTOSHOOTS:  We don't have special package or rates for prenups or photoshoot. You may avail the "DAY USE" package which grants you access to the farm (without tent accommodation). In line with this, since you will have crews (photographers, MUA, stylist,etc) coming along, we only charge them 150 per head for entrance since plainly doing the shoot. Additional payment may be for additional food and drinks, and 800 per head if will use same inclusions/amenities as paying guests.

VISITORS: Only booked guests are allowed to enter the Farm premises. If you have visitor/s, kindly entertain them outside the Farm gate or at the Cafe. If they enter the premises, a fixed rate of 150.00 (crew/staff) or 800.00 (with 1 meal & use of amenities for day use visitors) will be charged as an Entry Fee per head and should be up to 5pm only. Over staying will be charged at full rate as overnight staying Guest. 

CANCELATION/REBOOKING POLICY: 

*Full refund for cancelations or rebooking made within 48 hours of confirmed booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

*50% refund for cancelations or rebooking made at least 7 days before check-in. 

*No refund for cancelations or rebooking made within 7 days of check-in.

For Force Majeure situations, date of stay may be moved to a later available date.

SENIOR OR WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY: Walkways are a combination of ramp and steps due to its sloping terrain. From parking and gate, about 40 meters to the main hut. More walking as well within the premises for other amenities. 2 of the tents are just near the bathrooms for convenience. Balay Aninipot Villa has own private toilet and bath. Not wheelchair friendly as pathways are combined with steps.

KIDS RATE:  Yes kids are the same rate as adults, except for 3 years old below (free of charge).

VIDEOKE/KARAOKE: There's videoke in the Kupkop area, streaming via YouTube Channel, dependent on Internet connection. Ask for assistance from staff to operate. Videoke is strictly until 10pm only. 

PETS: Pets are allowed in the Farm however guests are solely responsible for the safety and control of their pet/s. Sometimes there are stray dogs & cats that make their way inside the fence, please do not play & feed them for your own safety.  In consideration to other Guests coming in the next day, Strictly no pets are allowed swimming in the pool.

INTERNET CONNECTION: There's intermittent 1 to 2 bars signal for Globe, Smart, and TM. There's Starlink Internet at the farm and cafe, but sometimes unstable. Bring back up GLOBE or TM sim incase Smart network is down in the area.

PRENUPS / PHOTOSHOOTS:   Yes prenups are welcome, but limited to Agwas Café area & to area without dining customers. Entrance fee 100/pax, consumable. Store hours, 9am-6pm (Wednesdays to Sundays). No outside food and drinks are allowed. We don't allow shoots on Saturdays & Sundays at the cafe. Alhibé Farm is a bigger space, yet exclusive to booked guests. You may book the place if you wish.

RESERVATIONS: Walk-ins are welcome since place is not always packed. If you're 10 pax or more we accept reservation with only 15 minutes holding time. Message AGWAS Facebook page directly to reserve a table. https://www.facebook.com/agwascafe
